There will not normally need to be contact between you and your CV writer, as all the information we need should be collected in your questionnaire.
If they do need to clarify anything with you, your CV writer will contact you by email to arrange a mutually convenient time. Bearing in mind there may well be time differences to contend with!
If you need to contact your CV writer because you have forgotten to submit an important detail , please go to the FAQ section.
Your writer will confirm whether you use Skype or Google hangouts, email or instant messaging.
If you do not have access to a private venue where you will feel free to discuss your Career, for example if you are working in an internet café, please mention this to your writer and ask them to contact you using IM instead of Skype or Hangouts.
Follow these links to Skype for step by step instructions on how to get started
For a computer ;-
For android ;-
All you need to get up and running with Skype on your computer is:
- an internet connection – broadband is best
- speakers and a microphone – built-in or separate
- a webcam to make video calls
- the Skype application
Most computers have built-in microphones and speakers, but you will get much better audio quality if you buy a headset or handset.
To get started with Google hangouts
Starting a Hangout
With Hangouts, you can send messages, emoji and photos, or start video calls with your friends and family. You can start a Hangout from Gmail, Google+ Page or profile, your Android or iOS device, or with the Chrome extension.
You can start a Hangout with anyone you like, as long as the person has a Google Account. If you start a Hangout with someone who doesn’t have a Google account, an invitation will be sent to their email address, asking them to join Hangouts
